- x1 2.5 Litre mixing bucket
- x1 Application syringe
- x1 Pack of disposable nitrile gloves
Tools required:
- Drill
- Drill based mixing head
- Small hammer
- Marker
- 6"x6" template (cardboard cutout or cardstock)
- Ruler or level
- Quarter inch wooden dowel pins
- Quarter inch drill bit with an attached depth gauge
- Clear tape
Instructions
Step (1) Ensure that all surfaces are free of contamination, especially by dust, grease, oils or release agents
Step (2) Remove any covering to expose area in need of repair
Step (3) Using your marker, draw a straight line across flooring or panelling
Step (4) Using your template, mark dots along the drawn line at 6 inch intervals across the entire area
Step (5) Apply clear tape over all dots that have just been marked and use drill with quarter inch bit and depth gauge attached to drill holes into each marked dot
Step (6) Whilst wearing the disposable nitrile gloves, mix two parts A by weight with one part B using the drill based mixing head in the 2.5 litre mixing bucket
Step (7) Remove syringe cap and fill it with adhesive, then inject into holes (amount will vary depending upon the amount of delamination)
Step (8) Insert wooden dowel pins into holes to clamp after adhesive has been injected
Step (9) Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours and then trim dowel pins to match surface level
